I will be a Freshman at Stanford University in the fall majoring in International Relations and Spanish and minoring in Arabic. I have always had a passion for politics and the environment and how the two interact. I also love traveling and learning about other cultures and languages.
I went to high school in the Madison area and loved growing up where people actively work together to protect the environment and civil rights. I spent the last year living in India working as a teaching assistant with Teach for India and was very inspired by what I saw and learned and fell in love with the change that the non-profit sector can create.
In the future, I plan to study law focusing on human rights, immigration, and the environment.
I’m a conservation voter because we can never give up on our home and all the people who depend on it.
