I’m a senior studying Economics at UW-Madison. In my free time I sing in an a cappella group, am involved in philosophy club, and love getting out into nature as much as possible. I love walking out to Picnic Point or riding bikes to the zoo. After graduation, I would love to be involved with the business side of an organization that is attempting to make a difference in the world.

I’m a conservation voter because if I don’t care about conservation, who will? People don’t realize or care about the ways that we are devastatingly damaging the environment, and it hurts me to see the apathy, as well as ignorance, surrounding the issue. I consider it my duty as a human being to care about the environment, and consider the consequences of my actions in regards to the natural world.

Favorite place in Wisconsin: Minocqua. It still has an old-time feel to it because they refuse to let the town overdevelop, yet it is as bustling as ever. It is a summertime haven, and my family has been going there since I was little.
