I am a student at UW-Oshkosh studying environmental studies with an emphasis in policy and values. My areas of interest lie with protecting all of Wisconsin’s precious species, as well as the habitats for everyone to enjoy. Interning with Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters will give me the experience and skills I will use to make an impact at home and around the world.

I found my love for nature from my family and friends. My father and grandfather have always been avid birders and a long line of fishermen run in the family. I love to go hiking, exploring new places, and on a hot summer day I can be found playing frisbee golf all over Wisconsin. The more time I spend outdoors the clearer the message that we need to protect our natural environment so future generations will have the same opportunities as we do today. I am excited to learn and work with such a dedicated organization.

I’m a conservation voter because I want to lead through example, sharing my love and knowledge about our environment and showing people the impact possible when we work together towards a common goal.
