To achieve our mission of re-creating a nonpartisan, pro-conservation majority in the state legislature, Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters works to elect candidates to public office who support clean water, clean air, recreational opportunities and open spaces.
Who we elect matters, which is why we take endorsements very seriously. An endorsement from Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters means we have identified a candidate you can trust. The vast majority of voters simply don’t have time do in-depth research on the candidates – we are happy to do that important work for you. 
Wisconsin League of Conservation Voters has a solid track record of winning close races, whether we’re working to elect candidates to vacant seats, to protect conservation champions or to replace anti-conservation incumbents with pro-conservation candidates.
The WLCV “seal of approval” is sought by legislative candidates because WLCV is seen as a highly credible source of information on candidates’ environmental records. When we communicate with voters, they listen.
