The Wisconsin state budget as proposed by Governor Walker is detrimental to Wisconsin’s natural resources. Fortunately, there is still time to weigh-in. After passing out of the Joint Finance Committee on June 4, 2011, the budget now heads to the state Assembly and Senate.
