On Tuesday, April 7, Wisconsin sent a powerful message by electing Judge Chris Taylor to the Wisconsin State Supreme Court. It was a resounding landslide that demonstrated the immense breadth of support for pro-conservation values across every corner of the state. Judge Taylor won by a 20-point margin (60 percent to 40 percent), nearly doubling the margins of other recent judicial victories. Taylor became the first pro-conservation candidate in over a decade to carry a majority of Wisconsin’s counties, winning 42 out of 72 of them, proving that clean water and fair courts are values that unite Wisconsinites across party lines.
