As our nation grapples with a continuing crisis of democracy, Wisconsin is writing a different story. It’s one of resilience, grit, and progress.
For nearly two decades, we have been on the front lines, fighting back against extremist, one-party rule election by election. Together, we built the road to this extraordinary moment of opportunity.
We elected a governor to stand as a vital roadblock to bad policy. We organized relentlessly to block legislative supermajorities. We flipped, defended, and expanded a pro-conservation, pro-democracy majority on the State Supreme Court. And, we threw out the gerrymandered maps that held our state hostage to extremists for a generation.
Because of the victories we’ve forged together, Wisconsin has an unprecedented opportunity in 2026. For the first time in almost twenty years, a true pro-conservation, pro-democracy majority is within our reach.
Learn more about David Crowley
Electing a champion like David Crowley for Governor – alongside winning majorities in the State Assembly and Senate and electing a pro-conservation, pro-democracy attorney general – will unlock a new future for our state.
With David Crowley in office, we can finally make historic, permanent gains for clean energy, safe drinking water, and expanding and protecting voting rights. As Milwaukee County Executive, David Crowley has proven he knows how to deliver real results for working families, protect local communities, and tackle critical environmental and public health challenges. To meet this moment, we need leaders like David Crowley who will stand up for our values.
Crowley’s opponent, Tom Tiffany, is an extremist pro-corporate polluter politician. His record – both in Madison and in Congress – shows a consistent pattern of prioritizing corporate interests, out-of-state polluters, and special interests over regular Wisconsinites. Tiffany’s record is toxic. He took $75,000 from mining interests in exchange for introducing an open-pit mining bill. He voted to defund the Knowles-Nelson Stewardship Program – a popular and effective bipartisan conservation program. He gutted the DNR’s scientific authority, and he voted for budget legislation that raised healthcare and electricity costs. Tom Tiffany has put corporate profit ahead of local communities time and again.
We have a massive, historic opportunity to win this election, but if there’s one thing we know about Wisconsin, it's that we win or lose on a razor's edge. Nothing is a given.
This election is going to be won right at the kitchen table. It’s going to be decided by everyday Wisconsinites who are sick of corporate greed and struggling just to keep up with the sky-high cost of living, including the snowballing costs of energy.
