De Pere passes clean energy resolution

Wisconsin Conservation Voters worked alongside members of the De Pere Sustainability Commission to assist in writing a resolution in 2020. After the resolution was presented to the city council in 2021, we worked to turn out activists to speak in its favor.

In 2021, the city of De Pere made a commitment to achieving 100 percent clean energy and to create a climate action plan to establish target dates.
