Emily Siegrist wins election to Village of Brown Deer Board

Emily Siegrist won decisively against two incumbents in a three-way race where the top two vote-getters get elected. Wisconsin Conservation Voters contributed to her victory by persuading and turning out voters with mailers and digital ads.
