Milwaukee School District referendum passes

Wisconsin Conservation Voters joined the “Say Yes to MPS” campaign that urged passage of Milwaukee Public School’s referendum – its first in more than two decades.

We know that when communities invest in education, it’s a critical step toward to effectively and equitably fighting climate change, that’s why we signed on as partners and advocated for the Milwaukee Public Schools referendum.

Voters overwhelmingly approved the $87 million resolution.
