From his birth on a dairy farm in New Holstein to his leadership at the Department of Natural Resources and the Wisconsin Wildlife Federation, Secretary George Meyer lived his life in service to the people and places we hold closest to our hearts. AJR 132 & SJR 125 honor his life and legacy.

AJR 133 was introduced on Jan. 29, 2026, and referred to the Assembly Committee on Rules.

SJR 125 was introduced on Feb. 6, 2026, and referred to the Senate Committee on Senate Organization. It passed the Senate on Feb. 18, 2026.
