Every Wisconsinite has the right to breathe clean air, drink safe water, and feed their family with good food grown from healthy soils. SJR 37 & AJR 36 enshrine these rights into the Wisconsin constitution.

SJR 37 was introduced on Apr. 29, 2025, and referred to the Senate Committee on Natural Resources, Veteran and Military Affairs. AJR 36 was introduced on May 2, 2025, and referred to the Assembly Committee on Environment.
