Bill Description
Wisconsin should embrace clean energy such as wind and solar to meet our energy needs. This energy can create good economic opportunities for communities while helping to reduce the pollution associated with burning fossil fuels. SB 47 & AB 46 would create unnecessary burdens for solar project developers by requiring them to file advanced notice of projects, something other industries are not required to do in similar situations.
