Bill Description
To protect the health of our communities, we need to ensure pollution is quickly cleaned up. SB 776 & AB 780 would establish the Revitalize Wisconsin program, to provide grants to local governments and private parties to help clean up environmental pollution.
Current Status
SB 776 was introduced on Dec. 12, 2025, and referred to the Senate Committee on Natural Resources, Veteran and Military Affairs. It is available to be scheduled for a public hearing.
AB 780 was introduced on Dec. 17, 2025, and referred to the Assembly Committee on Environment. It is available to be scheduled for a public hearing.
