Bill Description
Wisconsinites don’t want the state legislature micromanaging popular programs that ensure our families have beautiful places to swim, hike, boat, fish, and hunt. AJR 124 proposes a constitutional amendment that would require the legislature to sign off on individual, community-based proposals that protect our most beautiful places.
Current Status
AJR 124 was introduced on Dec. 23, 2025, and referred to the Assembly Committee on Environment. It is available to be scheduled for a public hearing.
