AB 470 & SB 458 : Repealing Wisconsin's "right-to-work" law

Bill Description

Every worker in Wisconsin deserves access to fair wages, good benefits, workplace protections, and a high quality of life. Union representation is what has made this a reality for many over the years. AB 470 & SB 458 would establish the requirement that every union-represented worker pays their dues to ensure that those that benefit from the services a union provides also help fund them. This is a core democratic principle that needs to be restored.
