SB 282 & AB 290 : Restoring Local Limitations on Single-Use Products

Bill Description

To tackle climate change and limit the waste clogging our landfills, we need to reduce our reliance on fossil fuel intensive, single-use products like plastic bags. SB 282 & AB 290 would restore local communities' ability to enact policies that reduce our reliance on these products.
