Bill Description
Wisconsin has one of the premier land acquisition programs in the country. It gives all people a place to swim, boat, fish, hunt, and relax in our beautiful state. This program is overwhelmingly popular and a critical component of our state's economy. AB 315 & SB 316 would make this program unworkable by requiring a full legislative vote on any project larger than $1 million. AB 612 & SB 685 would establish a funding mechanism for the bill.
