Board of Directors

Caleb was born in Stevens Point and grew up in Green Bay before attending college at UW-Madison. He worked in finance in Minneapolis for nearly a decade before moving back to northeast Wisconsin to lead the Door County Economic Development Corporation.

Inspired by his time volunteering as a Big Brother, experiences in business and economic development, and concern for the natural environment as an avid outdoorsman, Caleb ran for and won the Senate District 1 seat in a special election. Caleb also served in the Evers Administration as Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development.

Caleb lives in Madison with his partner, Emily, and spends his free time walking their two corgis, tending to their six chickens, and hunting throughout the Midwest and Canada.

I’m a conservation voter because water quality has affected my neighbors’ health, the immediate and future impacts of climate change are beyond alarming, and as an outdoorsman, I see the effects of human activity on the landscape every time I recreate, and wish to be part of the solution instead of a bystander.
