Designating the Rock River Trail Scenic and Historic Route (SB 41)

In 2013, a bipartisan group of 31 legislators introduced a bill that would designate the Rock River Trail Scenic and Historic Route, a water trail for boaters and paddlers with future plans to establish hiking and biking trails along the river. With the support of bipartisan legislators, it passed the Senate and Assembly and was signed into law on July 6, 2013 as Act 30.
