The use of pesticides is harmful to pollinator health. SB 359 & AB 358 would give local communities the authority to regulate pesticides that harm pollinators and pollinator habitats.

AB 358 was introduced on July 27, 2023, and referred to the Assembly Committee on Agriculture. It is available to be scheduled for a public hearing.
