SB 937 & AB 1043 : Expanding Early Voting

Bill Description

To prevent barriers to the ballot on Election Day, local elections administrators should have the ability to provide a range of opportunities for voters to cast their ballot. This includes access to in-person early voting. SB 937 & AB 1043 expand the window of time in which a voter can vote early in-person at their municipal clerk’s office, or an alternate early voting site.
